What is a ViSP?

A ViSP is an independent provider, traditionally from the ISP market or a new entrant wishing to resell internet related products under their own brand. They do not own any network infrastructure or maintain any core equipment but rather market their services to specific niches or known customer basses.

The ViSP will always maintain its relationship with their customers and bill them directly allowing them to increase the value of their business and brand. Becoming an ispONE ViSP customer you only need to consider three main objectives;

Who are ViSPs?

As there are approximately 600 ISPs in Australia the top 20 ISPs account for around approximately nearly 90% of the total subscriber base. The vast majority of ViSPs purchase their services from a select few Wholesalers who specialize in ViSP solution based services.
